Presentation File Types Both PC and Mac computers will be available to run your presentation and will have the following software installed: 
• PowerPoint 2016 for Windows (Standard Fonts only) 
• PowerPoint 2016 for Mac (Standard fonts only) 
• Keynote 9 Aspect Ratio Please be aware that the preferred aspect ratio is 16:9 (widescreen).

If you will be using google slides, please email an unrestricted link to your slides to: sean.wargo@clarityexperiences.com along with the following information: 
• Your Name 
• Your company name 
• The name of the person presenting from your company, if it's not you

IMPORTANT: Use the following naming convention for your presentation prior to uploading: DAY/STAGE#/Military Time of Presentation/LAST NAME/version number
Example: THU_STAGE1_1700_POWELL_v1
